But while her back is covered in heavy armor and bioluminescent vines, her real strength comes from her integrity. Annie knows that a Defender’s word must be as strong as her armor.

When we tell the truth—especially when it is hard—we keep our "Integrity Armor" from cracking. This week, your mission is to build armor as strong as Annie’s by practicing the Power of Honesty.

STEP 01

Grow Your Truth Seeds

Annie always says, "Roots run deep". Honesty is like the root of a plant; if the root is strong, the plant can weather any storm.

The Mission: Every time you are honest this week—even if you made a mistake and have to admit it—imagine you are planting a "Truth Seed."

Annie’s Tip: If you accidentally break something or forget a chore, don't hide it! Use your "Dino Voice" to tell the truth right away. This keeps your armor glowing bright like Annie’s bioluminescent vines.

STEP 02

The Shield of Integrity

Annie’s armor isn't just for defense; it’s a symbol of safety for her community. When you are honest, people know they can trust you, making you a figure of warmth and safety just like Annie.

The Mission: Practice "The Golden Truth." This means not just avoiding lies, but being brave enough to stand up for what is right, just as Annie stood up to help her valley during the drought.

The Rule of Three: Try to find three moments this week to be "Extra Honest"—like telling a teacher if you didn't understand a lesson or telling a friend if your feelings were hurt.

STEP 03

Track Your Armor Glow

A good Dino Defender tracks their progress to see their power grow.

The Activity: Ask your parents to help you draw a picture of Annie’s armored back.

The Goal: Every day that you stay true to your word, color in one of the "armor plates" on the drawing with a bright yellow or green crayon (Annie’s signature colors!).

The Result: By the end of the week, your Annie-Armor should be glowing with the power of your honesty!
